At SweatPals, we’re proud to invest in events that reflect the values, energy, and brand experience we aim to deliver across the platform. These guidelines outline the types of events that are eligible for paid ad support.

SweatPals will support paid promotion for events that meet the following criteria:
Fitness or wellness-focused
Events that include a core movement, mindfulness, or recovery component (e.g. running, yoga, strength training, dance, cold plunge, etc.).
Community-oriented
The experience should create opportunities for connection and inclusivity among attendees.
On-brand in tone and visual presentation
Events should have clear, uplifting titles, accurate descriptions, and clean, engaging imagery that reflects the quality of the event.
Appropriate for a general adult audience
Events must be safe, welcoming, and broadly appropriate for general audience.
Night events are welcome, provided they are wellness or fitness-anchored

While SweatPals supports a wide range of event types on the platform, not all events are eligible for paid ad promotion. We reserve ad budget for events that reflect our brand and mission. The following categories are not eligible for ad support:
Contain sexual or suggestive content or references
This includes anything in the event title, description, flyers, videos, or promotional materials that includes sexual innuendo, explicit references, or provocative imagery or language.
Are entertainment- or nightlife-driven without a wellness component
We do not promote events that are purely social or entertainment-based unless they are grounded in movement or wellness.
Examples:
âś… Standup comedy with Yoga. DJ, Pool Party with wellness & recovery activities
❌ Standup show only, nightclub party, bar crawl with no wellness component
Do not align with SweatPals’ brand tone or community standards
Events that feel off-brand, exclusionary, or inconsistent with our values of inclusivity, safety, and movement-based connection will not be considered for promotion.
SweatPals is committed to building a brand that people trust—one that celebrates movement, connection, and inclusive wellness. While we welcome a wide variety of events on the platform, our ad budget is reserved for events that clearly reflect the purpose and positioning of SweatPals.
